CSF300- Single Facer A.The newest model CSF-300 has been recently developed by all new design concept and matching with the requirements of actual production of customers, which is proved to present the superior mechanical construction, characteristics and operation and control of the whole machine. B. The lubrication system between corrugating roll and pressure roll is adopted anti-high temperature and grease, it will not cause the bearings carbonize, or influence the service life of the bearings. Furthermore, it has overcome the traditional lubrication since the failure of pump, jamming of oil pipe, or leakage of oil seal cause the serious results, like the lacking oil of the bearings. C.The corrugation roll and pressure roll equip with oil pressure system harmony with accumulator, which has the stability of oil pressure control and cushioning effect of pneumatic control. In addition, the micro-adjustment of the clearance between the rolls uses oil pressure motor to avoid using A.C. motor's defect which shortens the service life from high temperature environment and vibration. D.The design of CSF-300 was considered to lower the center of gravity, reduce vibration, and improve fluted shape of the corrugating roll during grinding for smooth production. E.Quick change roll in 10 mins When replacing the corrugating rolls, use the cartridge set instead of the traditional type which screw wrench to fix the corrugating roll. It only uses several push-button switches to complete the replaced task of the corrugating roll.
